<image:title>Jai Ho - Meet DJ Nevin</image:title>
<image:caption>Trikone's Resident DJ DJ Nevin discovered Trikone Chicago in 2015, immediately after he spent a month traveling through India. He started attending Trikone potlucks and realized it was the first community he felt at home with in Chicago. When he was asked to DJ for Trikone's Jai Ho Bollywood dance parties, it was a dream come true. To Nevin who’s been so inspired by desi music and culture, it’s an incredible honor to spin Bollywood & Bhangra music for Chicago’s South Asian queer community. When asked what he loves about Trikone, Nevin says, “Trikone has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. They welcomed me with open arms, and have taught me invaluable lessons about community, respect, openness & kindness. Some of my best friends and greatest life experiences are all thanks to Trikone. It’s made me a better person, and has evolved the way I DJ and write music. I am very grateful to be a part of this beautiful organization."</image:caption>
